SOIL: Colluvial and Alluvial, with sandy clay loam. Poor in organic matter, with round and cubic stones, calcareous elements and good permeability.
CLIMATE: Semiarid with coastal influences.
AGING: In stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
COLOR: Clean and bright light yellow with green hues.
AROMA: Citric with subtle peach and pineapple notes. Mineral in the background.
PALATE: Dense and round. Long sensation of minerallity, fruits and freshness.
SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING: Oysters and fish.

AGING: In French oak barrels for 11 months. After the aging in barrels the wine was aged for 5 months in the bottle.
COLOR: Clean and bright light yellow, with green nuances.
AROMA: Mineral and citric with subtle notes of yellow apple and hazelnuts.
PALATE: Fresh and mineral, smooth and juicy with long and pleasant aftertaste.
SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING: Smoked salmon and shrimps with creamy sauce.

VINEYARD: San Julián, Limarí Valley.
HARVEST: February 26, 2010.
SOIL: Alluvial, with red clay loam. Poor in organic matter, with round stones, calcareous elements and good permeability.
CLIMATE: Semiarid with coastal influences.
AGING: In burgundy French oak barrels for 12 months, plus 4 months of bottle aging.
COLOR: Medium intensity ruby red.
AROMA: Raspberries, blueberries, red and black berries, with subtle notes of vanilla and hazelnut.
PALATE: Oily, with soft and velvety tannins and an amazing freshness and minerality.
SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING: Sealed tuna, cream cheese, mushroom risotto and dry fruits.

VINEYARD: San Julián, Limarí Valley.
HARVEST: May 12 - 14, 2009.
SOIL: Alluvial, clay to clay-loam, poor in organic matter, with round stones, calcareous elements and medium permeability.
CLIMATE: Semiarid with coastal influences.
AGING: In French oak barrels for 18 months. After the aging in barrels the wine was aged for 6 months in the bottle.
COLOR: Bright intense dark ruby red with purple nuances.
AROMA: Blueberries and blackberries aromas, accompanied with black pepper, dark chocolate and coffee.
PALATE: Deep and voluminous mouth feeling, with a fresh and long pleasant finish.
SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING: Red meat and lamb, with seasoned sauces.


VARIETY: 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Syrah.
VINEYARD: Nueva Aurora, Limarí Valley.
HARVEST: May 6 - 12, 2008.
SOIL: Colluvial, slope, clay-loam. Poor in organic matter, with round and cubic stones, calcareous elements and good permeability.
CLIMATE: Semiarid with coastal influences.
AGING: In French oak barrels for 16 months. After the aging in barrels the wine was aged for 8 months in the bottle.
COLOR: Bright ruby red.
AROMA: Complex aromas of blackcurrants, blueberries and cherries. Spicy notes, with touches of chocolate and coffee.
PALATE: Gently and soft full-bodied density, with a fresh and long pleasant persistence.
SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING: Red meat and lamb seasoned with pepper and herbs.
