Francesca is a winemaker from the Universidad Católica de Chile, graduated in 2006. During 2007 she made an internship in Viña Concha y Toro, where she worked together with renowned winemakers such as Ignacio Recabarren and Viviana Navarrete, specifically in the vinification of white wines. The same year she also worked in Viña Almaviva, before joining permanently the Concha y Toro winemaker’s team.
Finally, in late 2011, she joined the Maycas del Limarí team, moving to Ovalle -in the north of Chile- to work together with Javier Villarroel in Nueva Aurora cellar.
"Limarí Valley represents an exciting professional challenge for me, as it is a relatively new valley with specific conditions that no valley has in Chile. Personally I love white wines and this area offers the most incredible ones I’ve ever known."
